The roadmap in Featul gives everyone a shared view of what your team is working on and what is coming next.
How statuses work
You move feedback posts through statuses to reflect where they are in your process. Common statuses include:
Pending
Planned
In Progress
Shipped
Your team controls what gets moved and when. The roadmap reflects these status changes automatically.
Who can see the roadmap
The roadmap appears on the same public page as your feedback portal. Customers can view it without logging in. If you hide the roadmap in workspace settings, it also disappears from the in-app widget.
Why a public roadmap helps
Customers can see what is coming without emailing your team
Sales and customer success have a single reference point for what is planned
Roadmap decisions are backed by visible feedback demand, not arbitrary choices
Team alignment
Because the roadmap is connected to the same feedback posts customers voted on, your team can point to real demand when explaining why something is prioritized. Internal comments on posts let teammates discuss context without showing that conversation publicly.
