Featul lets you customize your public portal so it feels like a natural extension of your product rather than a third-party tool.
What you can customize
Logo – Upload your product logo
Brand colors – Set colors that match your product
Theme – Choose light, dark, or auto
Layout – Adjust the portal layout
These settings are found under Settings → Branding.
Custom domain
On Starter and Professional plans, you can connect a custom domain such as feedback.yourcompany.com. Customers see your brand in the URL rather than a Featul subdomain.
Removing the Featul badge
On Starter and Professional plans, you can hide the "Powered by Featul" badge from your public portal.
Widget branding
The in-app widget follows your workspace branding by default when theme is set to "auto". You can override this for a specific embed by passing "light" or "dark" explicitly in the widget configuration.
Free plan branding
On the Free plan, your portal uses the Featul subdomain and displays the "Powered by Featul" badge. Logo, colors, and layout customization are available after setup regardless of plan.
