Featul lets your team discuss feedback internally without exposing that conversation to customers.
Internal comments
On any feedback post, you can leave a comment marked as internal. Internal comments are only visible to your team and never appear on the public board. This lets you add context, flag concerns, or coordinate next steps without cluttering the customer-facing thread.
Mentioning teammates
You can mention teammates in internal comments to loop them into a specific discussion. They will be notified without customers seeing the mention.
Team voting and tagging
Your team can vote on and tag posts internally to help surface which requests have the most internal support, separate from customer votes.
Why this matters
Keeps customer-facing boards clean and focused
Gives product leads a place to document reasoning behind prioritization decisions
Reduces the need for separate Slack threads or documents to discuss individual requests
Shared roadmap view
Because internal comments and team activity live alongside the same posts customers see, everyone works from the same source of truth. There is no separate internal tool to keep in sync.
