Featul gives you control over how much friction customers face when they want to share feedback.
Guest submissions
You can allow people to vote and submit requests without creating a Featul account. This reduces the barrier to participation, especially for customers who are unlikely to sign up for another tool just to leave a suggestion.
Anonymous submissions
On public boards where you do not want to display contributor names, you can mask identities. This is useful when you want the ideas to speak for themselves without showing who submitted them.
Where to configure this
Open Settings → Board Settings for the board you want to adjust. Guest submissions and anonymous options are configured per board.
Private boards and access control
If you want to limit a board to a specific audience — for example, a key account — you can make it private. Private boards never appear in public navigation. Your team still sees all boards in the workspace.
Widget behavior
The in-app widget respects the same settings as the public portal. If a board allows anonymous submissions, that applies in the widget too.
