The changelog is where you announce what you have shipped. It lives on the same public page as your feedback portal and roadmap.
What a changelog entry does
Tells customers what changed and why
Connects a release back to the feedback that drove it
Helps customers discover new features without you having to email everyone individually
Changelog entry limits by plan
Free – up to 10 entries
Starter – up to 50 entries
Professional – unlimited entries
How customers see it
The changelog appears on your public portal. Customers who followed a feedback post can see when it moves to shipped and read the corresponding update. The in-app widget also surfaces changelog entries if that section is enabled.
Closing the loop
Publishing a changelog entry after shipping is how you show customers that submitting feedback has a real effect. Over time, this builds trust and encourages more customers to participate in your feedback process.
Importing existing entries
If you have changelog entries in Notra, you can import them into Featul to keep your update history in one place.
