A board is a focused space for a specific type of feedback, such as feature requests or bug reports.
Default boards
Every new workspace starts with a Features board and a Bugs board. You can create additional boards for different feedback types.
Board settings
Open Settings → Board Settings to configure:
Privacy – make a board public or private.
Anonymous submissions – let people post without identifying themselves.
Comments – control whether visitors can comment on posts.
Private boards
Private boards never appear in public navigation. Your team still sees them in the full workspace view. This is useful for key-account feedback that should not be visible to all visitors.
Duplicate detection
As a customer types a new request, Featul shows similar existing posts. This encourages them to join an existing conversation rather than create a duplicate, keeping your boards tidy.
Merging posts
When two posts describe the same idea in different words, you can merge them. After a merge, votes and comments from both posts live in one thread.
