Once your workspace exists, your public portal is ready to share — no extra configuration required.
Your portal URL
Every workspace gets a URL at yourproduct.featul.com as soon as it is created. Customers open this address to browse boards, vote on ideas, and submit new requests. They do not need a workspace login.
Ways to share the link
Add it to your app's navigation or help menu.
Include it in onboarding emails.
Embed the in-app widget so customers can reach it without leaving your product.
What customers can do on the portal
Browse existing feedback posts.
Vote on ideas they care about.
Submit new requests.
View your roadmap and changelog (if those sections are visible).
Controlling visibility
You decide how open the portal is. Private boards never appear in public navigation, so key-account boards stay hidden from general visitors. You can also allow guest and anonymous submissions if you do not want to require sign-in.
