Connect a custom domain

Every workspace gets a public subdomain at yourproduct.featul.com automatically. On Starter and Professional plans you can also serve the same portal from a domain you own.

What custom domains do

When you connect a custom domain such as feedback.yourbrand.com, customers who visit that address see your public feedback portal. Both the Featul subdomain and your custom domain serve the same portal — you do not need to choose one over the other.

Plan requirement

Custom domains are available on the Starter and Professional plans. They are not available on the Free plan.

Where to set it up

Go to Settings and look for the domain or custom domain option. The docs refer to this under Branding & Setup → Custom Domain.

What stays the same

• Your yourproduct.featul.com subdomain continues to work after you add a custom domain.

• Board privacy, roadmap visibility, and changelog settings all apply equally to both URLs.

• The in-app widget uses your workspace ID, not the domain, so no widget changes are needed after connecting a custom domain.
