Create your account and workspace

Getting your Featul workspace running takes three steps and no credit card.

Step 1: Create an account

1. Go to Featul and choose to sign up with Google, GitHub, or email.

2. If you use email, you will receive a verification code to complete registration.

3. You can add a passkey or two-factor authentication later from Account → Security.

Step 2: Set up your workspace

1. Choose a workspace name (up to 15 characters).

2. Choose a subdomain — this becomes yourproduct.featul.com, your public feedback portal URL.

3. Your workspace is created with two boards (Features and Bugs), a Roadmap, and a Changelog already in place.

Step 3: Share your portal

1. Open Settings → Board Settings to review privacy, anonymous submissions, and comment options.

2. Share your yourproduct.featul.com URL with customers so they can submit ideas and vote.

What to do next

• Upload a logo and set brand colors under Branding settings

• Invite team members as admin, member, or viewer

• Create additional boards for different feedback types

• Connect a custom domain (available on Starter and Professional plans)
