Import from Canny, Nolt, or ProductBoard
Move your existing feedback history into Featul without losing posts, votes, or comments.
If you are moving to Featul from another feedback tool, you can import your existing data so your history is not lost.
Supported import sources
Canny – Import feature requests and comments
Nolt – Import requests and comments
ProductBoard – Migrate posts, boards, and comments
Import tools are available on Starter and Professional plans.
How to run an import
Open Settings → Integrations in your Featul workspace.
Select the tool you are importing from.
Follow the steps to connect your account and start the import.
What carries over
Canny – Requests, discussion context, and votes. You remap statuses and tags after import.
Nolt – Feedback requests and comments, including historical votes and conversations.
ProductBoard – Posts, boards, and comments.
After importing
Once your data is in Featul, you can continue managing it with the same workflow: boards, statuses, roadmap, and changelog. Your first changelog entry that points at an imported post is a good way to show customers the new tool is active, not just an archive.
