Connect Slack for feedback notifications
Get instant Slack alerts whenever a new feedback request is submitted.
The Slack integration sends a notification to a Slack channel each time a new request is submitted to your Featul workspace.
Requirements
Slack and Discord integrations are available on Starter and Professional plans.
How to connect
Open Settings → Integrations in your Featul workspace.
Paste an incoming webhook URL for the Slack channel you want to receive notifications.
Send a test notification to confirm the connection is working.
What the notification includes
Featul sends a message to your chosen channel when a new request is submitted, with a link to the item in your workspace.
Suggesting other integrations
If you need an integration that is not currently available, open Settings → Integrations and use Suggest Integration. This takes you to Featul's public feedback board so the team can prioritize based on demand.
