Connect Slack for feedback notifications
Get a Slack alert every time a new request is submitted so your team can triage without checking Featul manually.
The Slack integration sends a notification to a channel of your choice whenever a new feedback request is submitted.
Requirements
Slack and Discord integrations are available on the Starter and Professional plans.
How to connect
Open Settings → Integrations in your Featul workspace.
Paste an incoming webhook URL for the Slack channel you want to receive notifications.
Send a test notification to confirm the connection is working.
What the notification includes
Each alert contains a link to the new request so your team can open it directly in Featul.
Suggesting other integrations
If you need a connection that Featul does not yet offer, go to Settings → Integrations and use Suggest Integration. This takes you to Featul's public feedback board so the team can prioritise based on demand.
