Connect Discord for feedback notifications
Route new feedback alerts into a Discord channel so your community team stays informed in real time.
The Discord integration sends a notification to a Discord channel whenever a new feedback request is submitted.
Requirements
Discord notifications are available on the Starter and Professional plans.
How to connect
Open Settings → Integrations in your Featul workspace.
Paste a Discord webhook URL for the channel you want to receive notifications.
Send a test notification to confirm the connection is working.
What the notification includes
Each alert notifies the channel that a new request has been submitted. You can then open Featul to review and triage it.
Suggesting other integrations
If you need a connection that Featul does not yet offer, go to Settings → Integrations and use Suggest Integration to submit a request on the public feedback board.
