Answers to questions that come up often when getting started with Featul.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card. The 14-day free trial for Starter and Professional also requires no credit card.
How many workspaces can I have?
The sources describe limits per workspace (team members, boards, changelog entries, tags) but do not specify a limit on the number of workspaces per account.
Can customers submit feedback without an account?
Yes. You can enable guest and anonymous submissions on any board. Customers can vote and submit requests without creating a Featul account.
Is Featul open source?
Yes. Featul is released under the MIT License. You can view the code on GitHub, contribute, or self-host your own instance.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled anytime.
What happens to my data if I switch from another tool?
Featul supports imports from Canny, Nolt, and ProductBoard (on Starter and Professional). Changelog entries from Notra can also be imported. This lets you bring your history over without losing posts, votes, or comments.
Where is Featul hosted?
Featul is EU-hosted and built with privacy as a priority.
