Add a passkey or two-factor authentication

After you create your account, you can add extra authentication methods from your account security settings.

Where to find the settings

Go to Account → Security to manage passkeys and two-factor authentication (2FA). Both options are available after your initial sign-up, regardless of whether you registered with Google, GitHub, or email.

Adding a passkey

Passkeys let you sign in using your device's biometrics or PIN instead of a password.

1. Open Account → Security.

2. Select the option to add a passkey.

3. Follow your browser or device prompt to register the passkey.

Adding two-factor authentication

1. Open Account → Security.

2. Select the option to enable two-factor authentication.

3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup.

Why it matters

Adding a passkey or 2FA reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your workspace and the customer feedback it contains. Both methods work alongside your existing sign-in method rather than replacing it.
